Experience : 6 to 8 years

Core responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client performance

2. Act as the senior point of contact for assigned clients, manage client deliverables and resolve escalations

3. Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders

4. Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs

5. Work closely with the team lead in business development, which includes working on proposals and campaign strategies

6. Drive established goals across relevant KPIs with a focus on client deliverables and organization development

7. Identify opportunities for performance improvement and chart out training and development programs

8. Leading client servicing and identifying client needs and addressing them with strategic inputs and recommendations

9. Adapting content style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients and industries

10. Showcase strong creative writing and editing skills with attention to detail when it comes to spelling, punctuation, and grammar

11. Showcase expertise in managing projects and working with both long and short-term business objectives

12. Interpreting and analyzing results to improve client ROI

13. Deliver presentations on annual and monthly plans to clients and showcase clarity in thought

14. Resource allocation and team management which include hiring and reviewing the team’s performance

Desired candidate profile:

1. 6 to 8 years’ experience in digital & integrated marketing

2. Proven people management, team, and leadership skills

3. Advanced conflict-resolution and negotiation skills

4. Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively at an advanced level

5. Strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including research, analysis, and strategy

6. Strong interpersonal communication skills – Ability to present at all levels of the organization and a positive public representative

7. Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be used in different scenarios

8. Understanding where the digital landscape is headed and being updated on trends and news

9. Design and execute digital marketing campaign strategies custom-tailored for various brands, ensuring that audiences are aligned with top business priorities and goals, including revenue, interest, awareness, loyalty, and satisfaction

10. Support strategic business objectives by infusing digital recommendations into broader marketing plans

11. Establish and spearhead new relationships with technology vendors and online partners
